Times of India group acquires UK-based Virgin Radio for 53.2 million pounds
Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL), the country’s largest media group and the holding company of the Times of India group, has bought UK-based Virgin Radio from Scottish media company SMG for £53.2 million (Rs 448 crore).
